The glass protective film has good see-through, light transmission properties, high chemical stability, and can obtain strong mechanical strength and thermal insulation effect according to different processing methods, and can even change the color of the glass autonomously and isolate excessive light. Therefore, it is often used in various industries to meet different needs.
The surface of the glass protective film is coated with a water-soluble adhesive, and the outer surface is covered with a transparent protective film. During construction, you should first spray clear water on the glass to be filmed, and then tear off the transparent protective film; spray also on the side coated with water-soluble adhesive Appropriate amount of clean water can be used to paste the architectural film on the glass; then use a plastic scraper to scrape the outer surface of the architectural film to remove the bubbles and excess water in the contact surface between the film and the glass. After it dries, the glass is protected. The film can adhere firmly to the glass.
The glass protective film is generally pasted on the inside of the glass. Before pasting the film, the glass must be completely clean, and the parts to be pasted should be cleaned repeatedly. If any fine dust remains on the glass, it will affect the adhesion of the glass protective film and the see-through rate after the film, because the film and the glass veneer can be firmly attached under the vacuum state.
Before cutting the glass protective film, choose and remember whether it is horizontal cutting or vertical cutting. Since the shrinkage effect of horizontal cutting is not good for vertical cutting, vertical cutting is usually selected. The opening size is generally 5cm more than the original glass. During construction, the belt buckle on the constructor should be wrapped, and the keychain, mobile phone, watch, ring and other objects should be removed to avoid scratching the film surface or glass surface. In order to ensure the quality of the construction team, the work site of the glass protective film should be dust-free and construction on the roadside is strictly prohibited.
