Performance requirements of self-adhesive film

- Sep 12, 2020-

As the name suggests, self-adhesive protective film is a kind of film used to protect vulnerable surfaces. Its purpose is to prevent the surface of the protected substrate from being damaged or contaminated during transportation, assembly, or processing. The self-adhesive protective film will remain attached to the surface of the protected substrate until it is torn off and discarded when the product reaches the user. Therefore, the basic performance requirements are as follows:

-Proper and stable viscosity

-Easy to tear off

-After the protective film is torn off, there is no residual glue and no pictures

-After a long time of bonding, there should be no bubbles or edges

-It must be weather resistant when used outdoors

-The appearance of the film should be flat, without lines, and there are requirements for the size and number of crystal points
