1) Q:What is the delivery time of your goods?

A: In general, the delivery time is 15 days for 20’FCL and 25 days for 40’FCL.

2) Q:May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

A: 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid before shipment time and LC are available.

3) Q:Do you provide free sample? And how many days it will take?

A: Yes, we can provide free sample, of course it is better if you would like to pay the courier charge. It will take us 2-3days to prepare the sample.

4) Q:Can you make other sizes and packages for this product? 

A: Yes, we can make other sizes as your requirement, normally our quotation will contain the common package. If you need your own packages, you'd better advise your requirement ahead of time for an accurate quote.
